Question 1

Can I try LiGo before paying?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan, Ghostwriting included, starts with a 7-day free trial. You enter your card details at signup so your account is ready to run, but nothing is charged during the trial. At the end of day 7 your plan starts and the card is charged automatically. Cancel any time before then from your billing settings and you pay nothing.

Question 2

How does Ghostwriting work?

Accepted Answer

Our ghostwriters write five LinkedIn posts for you every week, in your voice and built around your brand. Next week's posts reach you three days before the week starts, so you can approve them or ask for changes. Nothing goes out without your OK. Approved posts are published for you on schedule, or you can post them yourself. Every month you get a short report on your follower growth and engagement.

Question 3

Can I switch plans later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. An upgrade starts right away. A downgrade starts when the period you have paid for ends.

Question 4

Do you offer annual pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every plan can be billed yearly, and yearly billing saves up to 44% compared with paying month to month. Switch the toggle above the plans to Yearly to see each plan's yearly price.

Question 5

Is there a plan for agencies managing multiple clients?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Agencies and teams run every client's LinkedIn from one agency dashboard. Each profile keeps its own voice, your team works inside client accounts with the access you choose, and one bill covers every client seat.

Question 6

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept all major credit cards. For annual enterprise plans, we can arrange invoice billing.

Question 7

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Cancelling stops the next charge. What can be refunded after a charge is listed in our refund policy at ligosocial.com/refund-policy.
