Lets see the second one I shared:

Who’s the target audience?
There’s two:

What keeps them reading?

<li>The “top 1% engineers” read because their ego was badly injured with the first line. They will then open the comments, read other comments, like all comments made by “others like them” that had disagreed with the post, and likely … make a deep comment of their own to come up with a “logical reason” why the post is wrong.

<li>Founders with an engineering background read it because … it’s relatable. Most of the ACTUAL “top 1% engineers” that go through the founder’s journey … know that there’s so much skin you have to shed, so many habits and whatnot. So they relate with it, read it and SHARE it with others in DMs.</li>

Anyways, setting these two examples that i know firsthand, aside.
Here’s another type that works:
“I’ve built three startups from $0 to $12 million in ARR. If I were building a B2B SaaS company in 2025, here are the 10 things I’d do differently.”
This works because:

It clearly signals who should read (B2B SaaS founders)

The best hooks don’t try to explain a topic.

Think about the last great movie trailer you saw.
Did it summarize the plot?
No.
It showed just enough to make you want to see how it all plays out.
Your LinkedIn hook works the same way:

Once LinkedIn’s algorithm flags an account for suspicious automation activity, there’s often little recourse.
I’ve been building LinkedIn tools for years, and I’ve watched the platform’s stance on automation evolve. What worked in 2021 is getting accounts banned in 2025.

Ok, so a couple weeks ago, I was analyzing a sales conversation with Claude.

Trying to figure out what exactly went wrong, what could I have done better.

That's when I realized: "Hey, this could be great content for a LinkedIn post".

Unfortunately, my workflow for posting so far was:

What if I could... use LiGo _inside Claude_?

That's when it hit me.

What if there was a way to go from:

"This would make a great LinkedIn post"

To:

"This post is now published on LinkedIn"

...all without leaving Claude?

So we built exactly that. Model Context Protocol (MCP) integration that connects Claude directly to LinkedIn through LiGo.

## Setting It Up (It's Easier Than You Think)

You have two options to set up the integration - an automated way and a manual way.

### Option 1: The Simple Way (Recommended)

1.  Log in to your LiGo account (or create one - we have a free trial)
    
2.  Go to the Integrations page
    
3.  Click "Generate Installation Command"
    
    -   If you're not logged in, it'll direct you to authenticate first, then redirect you back
        
4.  Copy the generated command (it already contains your API key)
    
5.  Paste and run the command in your terminal
    
6.  Restart your Claude Desktop app

### Connecting Your LinkedIn Account

For both options, you'll need to connect your LinkedIn account to LiGo:

1.  In your LiGo dashboard, go to "Social Accounts"
    
2.  Select "Add Account" and choose LinkedIn
    
3.  Authenticate through LinkedIn's authorization screen
    

We've been extremely careful with permissions - LiGo only requests posting access, not your messages or connection data. We built this with privacy as a priority.
