No weekday difference is statistically significant. Saturday and Sunday are combined because each alone is below our minimum group size.

For personal profiles, Sunday is the best day (+9%) in our people study. Company pages barely post on weekends, so the data cannot confirm it for pages. Worth a test if your buyers read LinkedIn at the weekend.

Finding 24

Posting more often did not cost per-post engagement

In weeks with 5+ posts, each post got -4% vs single-post weeks (95% CI -24% to +20%), with 2 and 3 to 4 posts a week level. There is no sign that posting more often hurts each post.

27 pagesLow confidence

The typical page posts about 3 times a month and is active in only 40% of weeks. Posts published 3 to 7 days after the previous one did best; a gap of 1 to 3 days got 17% less (95% CI -29% to -5%). A steady weekly rhythm beats bursts.
