Bulk Comment Replies
Bulk Reply drafts replies to the comments on your own LinkedIn post in one go. The LigoAI Chrome extension reads the comment threads that still need an answer from you, writes a reply for each one you select, and you copy and post the ones you like. Nothing is posted for you.
It is built for anyone whose posts get more comments than they can answer one by one.
Before you start
- Install the LigoAI extension in Chrome or Edge and sign in.
- Be logged in to LinkedIn as the author of the post. Bulk Reply only works on your own posts.
- Open the post on its own page (a link like linkedin.com/feed/update/... or linkedin.com/posts/...). The menu option does not appear on the feed.
Generate replies

Open your post and let the page and its comments finish loading.

Start Bulk Reply in one of two ways:
- Click the Bulk Reply button that LigoAI adds at the top of your post, next to LinkedIn's ⋯ menu.
- Or right-click anywhere on the page, open the LigoAI entry in the menu and choose 🔄 Bulk Reply.
You will see 📥 Loading all comments... This may take a moment. while LigoAI collects the threads.

The side panel opens on the Bulk Reply tab. At the top it shows your post and how many comment threads were found. LigoAI only includes threads where the latest message is from someone else, so conversations you have already answered are left out.

Choose threads under Select threads. Every thread starts selected. Untick any you want to skip, or use Select all (n/m) to switch all of them on or off.

Fix a thread if needed. Click the pencil (Edit thread context) on a thread to open Editing Thread. You can correct the author name or text of a message, mark a message as You, add a message with Add Message, reorder messages with Move up and Move down, and check the Conversation Preview. Click Save Changes. Edited threads show an Edited tag.

Add a missed comment. If a comment was not picked up, click Add thread manually, enter the author and comment text, then click Create Thread.

Click Generate N Replies (for example Generate 5 Replies).
Copy and post the replies
The Generated Replies screen lists each commenter with a suggested reply under their message.
- Click View Post to jump back to your post if you need it.
- Click Copy Reply under a suggestion. The button changes to Copied!.
- On LinkedIn, click Reply under that person's comment, paste, adjust the wording and post.
- To go back and pick other threads, click Back to thread selection.
Tips for good replies
- Read and edit each draft before posting. Add the person's name or one specific detail from their comment.
- Keep replies short. One or two sentences usually work best.
- Reply soon after the comments come in, while the conversation is still active.
- Try a few threads first to check the tone, then generate the rest.
- Remove anything you would not want to say in public.
Each reply you generate counts toward your plan's AI usage. You can check how much you have left in the Usage tab: click the ... (More) button in the tab bar, then Usage under Account.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Bulk Reply button or menu option.
Make sure you are on the post's own page, not the feed. Refresh the page and try again. If only the button is missing, check the small LigoAI control on the right edge of LinkedIn pages: its Engage Buttons switch must be on. The right-click option works either way. If it still does not appear, check that the extension is turned on at chrome://extensions/.
The panel says it could not read the post, or found no threads. Reload the page, wait for the comments to load, and try again. If every comment already has your reply as the latest message, there is nothing to answer.
Some comments are missing. Click Add thread manually to add them, or reload the page and run 🔄 Bulk Reply again.
A suggested reply misses the point. Use the pencil to give the thread more context (for example add the earlier message it replies to), then generate again. You can also send us the post, the comment and the reply through Contact Support (in the ... menu under Account), using Bug Report or Feature Request.
Common questions
Does Bulk Reply post anything automatically? No. It only writes drafts. You copy, edit and post each reply yourself.
Does it work on other people's posts? No. For other people's posts, use 💬 Generate Comments instead. See Creating Comment Style Packs.
What happens to new comments that arrive later? They are not included in the current list. Run 🔄 Bulk Reply again to pick them up.
